In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr335", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the pkr335 platform under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the pkr335 website accessible at pkr335.org, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr335 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by pkr335 subject to wagering requirements, which are not directly withdrawable until the applicable conditions are satisfied.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pkr335 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment services, customer support, and other features accessible via the Platform.

By accessing the pkr335 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and pkr335.

These Terms should be read alongside the pkr335 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and pkr335.

To register and use the pkr335 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr335 does not permit access to any player below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and it is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pkr335 or any of its affiliates, licensees, or game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Each individual may register only one Account. If pkr335 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, pkr335 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr335 Account login credentials, including your username and password. pkr335 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised by you.
• You must notify pkr335 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• pkr335 recommends using a strong, unique password for your Account and enabling any two-factor authentication features that are made available on the Platform.
• pkr335 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, except where such losses result directly from a security failure on the part of pkr335.
• pkr335 reserves the right to suspend an Account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, withdrawals and deposits may be temporarily restricted.

pkr335 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except where USDT TRC20 is selected, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate applies. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• SadaPay digital wallet
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified Accounts. Unverified Accounts may be subject to withdrawal limits pending KYC completion.

pkr335 aims to process withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. pkr335 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. pkr335 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

pkr335 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general rules apply to all pkr335 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus balances that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• pkr335 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the Player claiming it.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting system errors — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.
• pkr335 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if the Company determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
• A Player may only claim each individual bonus offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

All bets placed on the pkr335 sportsbook and all wagers placed in the casino, live dealer, bingo fishing, fish slicing, and slot game categories are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

• Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the pkr335 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or early settlement feature.
• pkr335 reserves the right to void any Wager where a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Cricket betting markets on pkr335 — including PSL, Pakistan bilateral series, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• pkr335 uses certified random number generators for all casino and instant game outcomes. These are independently audited and their statistical fairness is verified by third-party testing laboratories.
• Maximum win limits per single Wager or per session may apply to certain games or markets and will be communicated in the relevant game information or market rules.
• pkr335 reserves the right to limit the stake size of any Player on any market or game at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Players must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct. A breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the pkr335 Platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with pkr335.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical glitches, or mathematical errors in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with employees of pkr335 to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using pkr335 as a vehicle to process the proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr335 customer support staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPN services or other circumvention tools.

All content on the pkr335 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr335 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pkr335.

The pkr335 name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of pkr335 and may not be used in any context — commercial or non-commercial — without explicit written authorisation.

pkr335 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr335 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with legal obligations.

pkr335 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and can be addictive.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which deposits and wagering are suspended.
• Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account is fully suspended and pkr335 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration.
• pkr335 may impose responsible gaming measures on a Player's Account proactively if patterns of behaviour suggest problem gambling, without requiring the Player's request to do so.
• Players are encouraged to visit the pkr335 Responsible Gaming page for detailed information on available tools and support resources.

If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of people around you, pkr335 urges you to seek independent support. Self-exclusion and limit tools are available 24/7 via the Account settings panel or by contacting pkr335 customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr335 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pkr335 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services. pkr335 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

pkr335 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions that affect a Player's ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.

pkr335 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by pkr335 for reasons unrelated to the Player's breach (for example, regulatory changes), the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkr335 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method before closure is finalised.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pkr335 Account, a specific transaction, or the outcome of any game or bet, you must first raise the matter with pkr335 customer support. pkr335 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the pkr335 Compliance Team. The Compliance Team will conduct an independent internal review and provide a written response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute relates to the technical outcome of a game, pkr335 will rely on the server-side game log as the authoritative record of the transaction. Screenshots and client-side recordings are not considered determinative evidence in the event of a discrepancy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr335 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. pkr335 acknowledges that Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan and their own personal responsibility for ensuring such access is lawful.

pkr335 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pkr335 will notify registered Players via the contact email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the pkr335 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact customer support to request account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding Real Money Balance.
